Contract Transfer: National Interim Management (NIM) for the Early Head Start (EHS) and Head Start (HS) Program

This is a special notice regarding the transfer of a contract for National Interim Management (NIM) for the Early Head Start (EHS) and Head Start (HS) Program. The contract, originally awarded to Community Development Institute, is being transferred from the Department of the Interior to the Department of Health and Human Services.
