R--West Entrance Fire and EMS Response

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Hebgen Fire District for fire and EMS response services at the West Entrance of a National Park Service location. The contract is being awarded without competition because Hebgen Fire District is the only organization capable of meeting the required emergency response times for the area.
