Lease to Purchase of Warehouse Distribution Space for Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM), West Coast , Chino, CA

The Department of the Navy is soliciting proposals for a lease-to-purchase agreement for a warehouse distribution space for the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) on the West Coast. The space should be between 400,000 and 600,000 square feet and located within a 50-mile radius of the existing West Coast Distribution Center in Chino, CA.
