This is a sole-source notice for a bridge contract to Coforma LLC for the continued operation, maintenance, enhancement, and Tier 3 end-user support of the ORR Process and Technology Modernization (OPTM) Platform and Home Studies/Post-Release Services (HS/PRS) applications.
