BEYOND Phase 2

This solicitation, BEYOND Phase 2, is for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to award up to eight Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) to State, Local, and Tribal Governments (SLTTs) to support the expansion of the BEYOND program, focusing on infrastructure, scalability, safety, and automation for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Advanced Air Mobility Integration. To win, Offerors must demonstrate their ability to deliver successful outcomes in these focus areas and meet the selection criteria outlined in the Screening Information Request (SIR), with proposals submitted via email by the extended due date.
