Call to Artists - Underpass Lighting Project

The City of Waukee is seeking artists to create a permanent light, shadow, or sound-based artwork for a pedestrian/bicycle underpass along the Racoon River Valley Trail. The artwork should be a cohesive, original piece that enhances the underpass, evokes discovery and imagination, and celebrates Waukee's vibrancy. Artists are responsible for all preparation of the underpass walls.
