RFI - SharePoint Migration

This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Executive Office for Administration and Finance, Department of Revenue (DOR) in Massachusetts. The DOR is seeking advice and analysis from vendors to help them prepare for a future solicitation. The goal is to find a vendor to assist with migrating files from network shared drives to Microsoft SharePoint. Vendors are encouraged to provide their best insights to help the DOR define the scope of this potential project.
