Mechanical Site Prep – Drum Chopping

This RFP is for mechanical site preparation services on the Ocala National Forest using a double drum chopper. The contractor will be responsible for chopping vegetation up to 6 inches in diameter to prepare timber harvest areas and support vegetation management. Key requirements include the ability to chop approximately 50 acres per day and providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials.
