Design-Build Lifting Handling Basket for the Bulkhead Lifter at Lock and Dam 5A

The Department of Defense, Department of the Army is soliciting bids for the design and construction of a custom material lifting/handling basket for the Bulkhead Lifter at Lock and Dam 5A. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, equipment, and expertise to deliver a complete and fully functional basket.
