This is a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) from the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Chemical Biological Center (DEVCOM CBC) for innovative chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and explosive (CBRNE) defense capabilities. The BAA seeks proposals for procurement contracts, cooperative agreements, and prototypes under other transactions agreements to enable Joint Warfighters.
