Mt. San Jacinto College is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) for repetitive commodity-type purchases. These BPOs are intended for items such as maintenance supplies and food, with specific exclusions including catering, equipment over $100, furniture, technology, clothing, promotional items, decorative items, items sent to off-campus addresses, individual items over $500, public works over $1,000, and any project requiring vendor labor.
