The responsibility for advising the Purchasing Department of any grant related purchasing

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from Mt. San Jacinto College for advisory services related to grant-funded purchasing. The responsibility for advising the Purchasing Department on any grant-related purchasing restrictions or requirements will remain with the staff of the grant program, the grant director and/or coordinator, and the appropriate dean.
