South Carolina Business Opportunities (SCBO) is a live database for goods, services, information technology and construction needs of state and local government.  The South Carolina Procurement Code requires state agencies to advertise solicitations for goods, services, information technology, or construction with estimated values in excess of specified thresholds in SCBO. Other entities, such as cities, counties and school districts may voluntarily advertise in SCBO.
