APS is seeking proposals for at least 1,000 MWs of all-source electricity generation resources to meet customer demand, with commercial operation dates between June 2029 and June 2031, though earlier or later projects will be considered. Proposals should be submitted via the PowerAdvocate platform and can include opportunities for the Desert Sun Power Plant development.
