Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using certain features of the Platform, including staying logged in. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze aggregate usage data. Google may collect your IP address and usage patterns through analytics cookies. We have configured Google Analytics to anonymize IP addresses. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy. We also use Google Fonts for typography — font files are loaded from Google's servers, which may log your IP address.
Subscription payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processor. When you enter payment information, it is transmitted directly to the payment processor using secure encryption. BidsNexus does not store your full credit card number on our servers. We receive a tokenized reference and basic billing information (last four digits, expiry, billing address) to manage your subscription.
We use a third-party email service provider to deliver transactional emails and bid alert notifications. This provider processes your email address and the content of emails sent on our behalf, subject to their privacy and data processing terms.
The Platform is hosted on cloud infrastructure providers that may store data in the United States. These providers are subject to contractual data processing agreements with BidsNexus.
BidsNexus does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate dispute resolution purposes.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. We will respond to verified access requests within 30 days.
You may update or correct inaccurate personal data directly through your account settings, or by contacting us.
You may request deletion of your personal data. We will honor deletion requests within 90 days, subject to retention requirements for legal compliance and billing records.
You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format (JSON or CSV). This includes your account profile, saved searches, alert configurations, and saved bids. To request an export, contact support@bidsnexus.com.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing and product update emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, or by contacting support@bidsnexus.com. Note that even after opting out of marketing, you will continue to receive transactional emails and bid alerts that you have configured.
You may manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings as described in Section 3.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
In the preceding 12 months, BidsNexus has collected the following categories of personal information from California consumers: Identifiers (name, email, IP address); Commercial information (subscription history, payment records); Internet or network activity information (browsing history on our Platform, search queries); Professional or employment-related information (company name, industry, NAICS codes); and Inferences drawn from the above to create a profile about your business interests and bid preferences.
To submit a CCPA rights request, email us at support@bidsnexus.com with the subject line "CCPA Rights Request." We will respond within 45 days, with an option to extend by an additional 45 days when reasonably necessary.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), hashed password storage, access controls limiting staff access to personal data, regular security assessments, and secure session management.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The BidsNexus Platform is intended for business use by adults and is not directed at, nor does it knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at support@bidsnexus.com and we will delete such information promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy and, where required by law or where we deem appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Policy will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
